How does this process work?
- Simply purchase your diagnostic kit from our secure web site. We will send you a shipping kit to safely package your ipod up for shipment to us. Follow the simple online registration directions included in the kit, and drop the kit at any fedex shipping location. When we receive your ipod or iphone, we will diagnose it for you and email you with the results and price quote to repair your ipod or iphone. If you approve the repairs, we will repair it and send it back to you.
How long does the process take?
- Once we receive your ipod or iphone from you, we will respond with a diagnostic quote within 24 hours. If you approve the repairs, it will be repaired within 48 hours and sent back to you.
How can I track the progress of my ipod or iphone in for repair?
- Simply track your unit's repair progress online using your order number included with the shipping kit.
What if I decide the repair cost is too much and I don't want you to repair it?
- We can either send it back to you unrepaired, or we can properly dispose of it for you. You decide and tell us what to do.
What if I have multiple ipods that I would like you to repair?
- If you're a small business and would like to outsource your repair work to Encore, please contact us so we can work directly with you on such projects.
Can I buy parts directly from Encore to do my own repairs?
